Cream Cheese Cake

No, not cheese cake. Cream cheese cake, two totally different things, I promise. I've made it enough and it always gets complimented, so I finally thought I would share! That and I figure it's a good introduction to the blog as well!
----------------------------
Cream Cheese Cake stats:
Difficulty level: Easy
Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 30-45 minutes

You'll need:

One box of cake mix plus all ingredients listed on box.

Cream cheese mix:
Two 8oz packages of cream cheese softened
Two eggs
2/3 cup granulated sugar

Step one:
Preheat oven to 350°, or 325° for a non-stick pan.
follow instructions clearly stated on cake mix box. Mix until smooth and without lumps, then put into a prepared greased pan for baking.

Step two:
Put cream cheese, eggs, and sugar into a bowl. Mix until mixture is smooth, a few lumps are okay. I cannot stress how much easier this will be a with aregular mixer, or a handmixer!

Step three:
Poor prepped cream cheese mixture over the cake batter in the pan. Then take any butter knife and run it through the batter and mixture, this will help distribute the cream cheese mixture and allow for more even baking.

Step four:
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. This is what the mixture, properly baked, should look like:

Step five:
Cut, and serve! Enjoy!

The best part about the simple recipe is the topping that you choose to add can you anything that you desire! If you want to add chocolate, you can go right ahead! Me, personally I like to add strawberry jam on top. It gives it that strawberry shortcake and strawberry cheesecake taste.

Trust me, although this recipe is incredibly easy to make, but for the most part it should impress all of your friends!

Thanks for tuning in, and you have a stellar night!
